Refund Policy

At Ora Research, all products are supplied strictly for research and laboratory use only.

Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict returns and refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns of any products once they have been dispatched.

This is due to:

  • Product integrity requirements

  • Storage and handling considerations

  • Research-use classification

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

If approved, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion

3. Lost or Delayed Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider.

However, we will assist in:

  • Tracking your parcel

  • Raising a claim with the courier if necessary

Refunds for lost items will only be issued once the courier investigation is complete.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Correct name

  • Correct address

  • Accurate delivery details

We are not liable for:

  • Failed deliveries

  • Returned parcels due to incorrect information
